Print Your Shipping Label

Once your request is approved, we will provide a prepaid shipping label via email for you to print and attach to your return package.

Pack and Ship

Place the boots in their original shoebox and pack them into a secure shipping carton to prevent damage during transit, then drop them off at any authorized carrier location.

Inspection and Refund

After our warehouse team inspects the boots for wear and tear, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your replacement pair within 3-5 business days.
